This Monday there will be a wellbeing workshop for all TYs with the SOAR Foundation. It's part of their character building programmes - it aims to bring out the best of you and asks you to reflect on your internal voice and the pressures that you and your classmates might be facing. It can be a challenging, emotionally demanding experience but it's always conducted in an authentic non judgmental atmosphere when everyone stays open to the day.
