Grades achieved in these exams will be used as part of the streaming process for senior cycle.

Firstly, thanks to Fergus Calagy for his presentation on Free Diving this week.
He also offered his very practical and interesting guided meditation that he gives to beginners to the sport of free diving.
He recommended the book: The Body Keeps the Score: Brain, Mind, and Body in the Healing of Trauma by Bessel Van Der Kolk
This Tuesday, we'll be talking with past pupil Ross Byrne about how he deals with the stresses and strains of professional rugby.
