TY Movie Night

Congratulations to everyone involved in a fantastic movie night at The Lighthouse Cinema. A massive thanks to all who sponsored or arranged prizes, making the evening extra special. A special mention to the Lowes for their continued generosity in providing such a fantastic venue.
Subject Choice Afternoon & Deadline

A big thank you to the 6th Years for taking the time to help TY students with their subject choices. The afternoon was filled with great discussions about the subjects available in 5th Year, along with some valuable insider tips. Hopefully, this will help TY students make informed and confident decisions for next year.
A very big thank you to all the 6th Years who gave there time and to Mr Hogan who coordinated the event.
The deadline for submission of your Subject Choice Form is Tuesday 1st April 2025. Please deliver this to Edel in the Admin Office before or on this date

East Leinster Athletics 2025
Important Information
If you are interested in taking part in the trials for this year’s East Leinster Athletics competition, you must attend a short meeting with Mr. O’Riordan in Room 33 on Wednesday, 2nd April at 1:15 PM.
At the meeting, Mr. O’Riordan will explain how the selection process will work, including details on the trials, the different events available for each age group, and the schedule for trials and training.
Important Notes:
Even if you competed last year, you must still attend to confirm your entry and help us plan for each event.
The athletics season is short, so the focus will be on trials rather than training.
Only two students can be entered per event.
If you do not contact Mr. O’Riordan, you will not be entered into any event.
Make sure to attend the meeting if you’re interested!
Translations Workshop
A Translations Workshop with a Professional Translator from the European Commission will take place on 7th May from 9:00 am - 1:00 pm for anyone interested in languages and linguistics. Higher level Irish and a very demonstrable command of spoken and written skills are required.
