We're looking for 6 volunteers Monday morning (8:30 - 10) as the TA team have a lot to assemble for the pop up cafe & shop in order to get going again.

Lir Academy Tour
I'm happy to say that we have received a place on the Lir Academy annual backstage tour programme.
The tour will be led by current technical students who have created all physical aspects of the show A Winter's Tale and will encompass the workshops; construction, technical, costume, scenic & props.
It will conclude with a short talk about the course at the end of the tour.
If you are interested in anything related to dramatic performance, marketing, media or sporting events this is for you!
Lions Club Envelope drop
A great success were STMC TYs delivered about 2300 envelopes from DunLaoghaire to Dalkey. If one person was set the task: based on an average delivery rate of 75 envelopes per hour it would have taken over 30 hours: so a lot of ground covered in less than 2 hrs!!
A very special thanks to Rian's grandfather Noel & mother Nola for all their work helping to coordinate the afternoon.

Thanks to Tony who spoke to TYs about some of the his life's challenges, finding connections & the importance of a healthy & optimistic attitude.
I'm very glad to have been able to share a copy of his latest book with everyone in the year: The Teenager's Book of Life. The product of talking with over 30,000 teens over 10 years as part of his work with SOAR Foundation (the charity he set up).
