Díospóireacht na Gaeilge

We hosted another Gael Linn debating competition yesterday evening in the school library. Junior and Senior teams participated from Blackrock College, Alexandra College, Rosemount, Our Ladies Grove and Loreto Dalkey.

The senior motion was “Is aoibhinn beatha an phinsinéara in Éirinn”. Our Senior team - Oliver Crowley, William Loughrey and Hugh Bracken put in a great performance but narrowly missed out on a place in the next round.

Maith sibh, a bhuachaillí.

Bon voyage Boston!

The very best wishes to everyone travelling to Boston today on the first leg of our annual Boston exchange.
